Taking Away Your Pain In Managing Operations

Code of Conduct

To keep things simple and straightforward, and to set the basic expectations right, right from day one for all our team members (change makers, as we call ourselves), the following are guidelines that need to be adopted & followed in letter & spirit:

Do’s:
  • Customer first: always at the top of your mind – be transparent
  • Exhibit integrity
  • Be ethical and responsible when dealing with MLNO resources, stakeholders and reputation
  • Be proactive; do not wait for reminders / expect others to follow-up with you
  • Acknowledge every single communication; take action and respond with action taken / results – what is appropriate
  • Work on the basis of merit, not on personal preferences / biases – follow clearly defined rule, procedures
  • Treat everyone with dignity & respect
  • Respect time: be ahead of time for meetings; remind others for meetings 15 minutes in advance, if you are the meeting organizer / on behalf of your manager
  • Keep video in the same state that the meeting organizer; for any 3rd party discussions, your camera should be turned on
  • Discuss / ask, when in doubt
  • Raise the bar of your opinion instead of your voice during discussions; communicate openly, with respect and with empathy; feel free to share your views
  • Encourage others to contribute, seek opinion, collaborate, pick what is best for the client
  • Take an off once in a while – get a life
  • Be vigilant – raise an alarm when you see something wrong / unacceptable
  • Declare potential conflicts of interest with respect to MLNO business – we’ll try and figure out a way to accommodate / refuse, as appropriate
  • Protect the confidentiality of customer data & MLNO property
  • Be a responsible, law-abiding citizen; reduce – reuse – recycle
